CNN fabricated a story on how The Kosovo Albanian leader, Ibrahim Rugova had been murdered by Serbian paramilitary forces. This story was repeated in every NATO-controlled medium all over Europe. Then all of a sudden, Ibrahim Rugova was live on television, where he said that he had been in his home all the time, and was protected from being killed by the CIA-controlled terror organization KLA. Rugova asked NATO to stop the bombing, which was meaningless. According to "Der Spiegel" Rugova four days earlier said that he wanted to see Serbia bombed to Kingdom Come. Something happened that made him change his mind. What happened?

There is a terror organization by the name of KLA in this story. KLA is financed from various sources, like bin Laden and Iran, but also by CIA. In other words USA is fostering a terrorist organization by the name of CIA. KLA is trained by seasoned mercenaries from Kroatia, Afghanistan, and sorry to say USA, represented by CIA.

The same dirty business goes on in Ghaza and in Samaria and Judea, except that the Kroats and the Afghans are not represented there; only CIA.

Meanwhile, the KLA tried to kill mr. Rugova. Rugova wanted to negotiate an agreement with the Serbs which in turn resulted in KLA publicly naming Ibrahim Rugova a traitor to the noble Muslim cause. They set out to have him assassinated, and in concert with CIA and CNN declared that Rugova had been murdered by the Serbs. How did they even know if Rugova was dead, if they had not killed him themselves, which is what they believed!

However, mr. Rugova had outsmarted CIA and KLA, and sought refuge with the Serbs. That is why he is alive today.

Rugova had a meeting with Milosevic, which resulted in an agreement on how to solve the problem. Now the new story from the fairy tale factory known as CNN, is that Rugova has been abducted, and has been forced to sign a peace agreement; in effect that Rugova no longer is representing the Kosovo Albanian peace movement as an unofficial "President" of Kosovo!

Mr. Solana of NATO made a fool of himself, claiming that mr. Rugova no longer had credibility. Mr. Solana knows very well that NATO wanted mr. Rugova very dead in order to create "A Martyr For Peace". Actually that is standard CIA and left wing procedure, which had worked so well in the Rabin affair! Unfortunately for CIA and Solana, the appointed martyr-to-be, had declined to accept the promotion. By the way: CNN is paying refugees for acting out dramatic scenes, which then can be televised as digestable social pornography.

What this means is that CIA does not want peace. CIA has been staging a coup to establish a Muslim state in Kosovo, in complete agreement with Iran, as they are plotting to achieve the same goal in Israel. When is the electorate in Israel and Europe going to see daylight and reality?

CIA, NATO, and CNN pannicked. Just like the pathetic performance that went on for hours the morning, when CNN in effect claimed that the three American soldiers on Serbian TV, were not the real McCoy. Pentagon was desperate, and was stalling for time.

USA and NATO have unwittingly fallen into their own trap. When you read the convention as applicable, it goes without saying that every American in Uniform may be kept as a Prisoner of War for the entire duration of this conflict.

But it also goes without saying that any American caught without insignia can be executed on the spot as a spy.

Of course this is a war. However, according to the Convention one party may declare the situation to be a "No War". The convention is quite clear: In such cases the Convention shall be applied.

For 8 days the world was told by CNN that NATO is not at war with Yougoslavia, and that this bombing was a new variety of humanitarian aid. Now, if these American soldiers in Macedonia, or the CIA instructors in Albania are not at war with Yougoslavia, they have no legal right to be on the wrong side of the border. If apprehended they cannot claim POW status. Comprendez Vous? Oh, no. Just wait a minute. What if they claimed to be POW's?

Of course these three soldiers were caught in the act of "spying". However, spies don't wear Uniforms. Legally they are therefore not spies.

This is a war of propaganda semantics, and NATO will use any trick in the book to have it their way. It is therefore necessary to know the exact text of the Covention, from which it must be clearly understood that Serbia may now be able to keep any American soldier in uniform as a prisoner of war for the entire duration of this conflict, whether it is technically defined as a war or not. How come? They are not defined as "spies", because spies are not protected by Geneva Conventions.

Can they plead protection according to the Geneva War Conventions and at the same time claim that they are not part of NATO? There is according to Pentagon not any war going on. Right? That is why they are being prosecuted, just like any ordinary illegal entry. To claim that they are not part of NATO is plain stupidy, that only idiots would argue (and I thought that the only idiot generals were in IDF :-) . The fact is that they are claimed to be POW's and at the same time it is claimed that they are not part of NATO. You cannot have it both ways. If these soldiers really were on the wrong side of the border, or engaged in activity not in accordance with their official mission in Macedonia, and that this is proven in the court, there is no need for NATO or their mothers to worry; In due time they will be "cleansed" back to where they come from. The Serbs will see no point in mistreating them in any way. On the contrary!

As usual, CIA had made a mess out of everything. And as Pentagon is not known for strategic brilliance, CIA is known for strategic imbecility.

First of all Pentagon has made it impossible for NATO troops to invade and/or occupy the province of Kosovo.

But what is more: They cannot have it both ways by demanding any presence of any person being a citizen of any NATO-member in the province, as such presence is an occupation, in which case Serbia has every right to resist such occupation just as the Serbian People resisted the Nazi occupation 55 years ago.

Kosovo is an integral part of an independent and soverign state. NATO has already lost this "war of no war"

By applying the Geneva Convention 1 on the conflict, Serbia has every right to expel any person who is allying himself or collaborating with the attacking part (NATO). It is not genocide. It never was. It is plain and simple self defense. While NATO was busy spreading junk metal all over Serbia, the Serbs were busying themselves wiping out KLA. The Serbs seems to have been quite successful, thanks to NATO friendly bombing.

I am not an expert on the American civil war, but I seem to remember that this war of theirs brought about a new concept; The Concentration Camps. They were no invention of Hitler's. They were invented in the US of A by Americans. That is also part of History.

What is more; NATO is gettting short on missiles, and Boeing has a delivery time in excess of 24 months. Imagine a flotilla of billion dollar F-117 planes with no ammo.

In the near future Paint Balls remain the only option.

As for mr. Milosevic I don't like him at all. If NATO has an unsettled account with Milosevic, they should follow due process and their own rules for behavior by approaching the appropriate international court, submit relevant evidence, and have him indicted followed up by subsequent arrest. This will never happen. Comparing mr Milosevic with the late Pol Pot is an interesting aspect. Pol Pot killed between 1,5-2,0 million people without the slightest interference from the Western Society. It may be of interest to know that only Vietnam was waging war against Pol Pot, and that USA was quite busy via one mr. McNamara of the World Bank seeing to that Vietnam was economically completely ostacized. This had the fortunate effect (not intended by USA) that Vietnam has no foreign debt, and is at present doing quite well.

What is this all about? NATO just lost the game. That is what it all about. It is about time the world got rid of mr. Henry Kissinger. That's what it is about.

As I say. America is lead by a professional fornicator by proxy of the Real President, and the majority of the population seems to enjoy the worship of The Great Fornicator. By all means fornicate, if that is the designated job description for US presidents. It's their house. Do you remember the downed MIG 29 in Bosnia? It was claimed that the plane was shot down because it was enging in a ground attack. The story was good untill photos revealed that the pylons were fitted with air to air missiles. It is a relief to know that the moviemakers of CNN are not in charge of this production

The Russian paper "Kommersant" Sevastopol - says that Russia is aiding the military leadership in Beograd regarding information on NATO-attacks. "Kommersant" is siting sources in the Russian General Staff.

This intelligence includes starting details on all sorties, operations, routing, the number of aircraft and types of aircraft, according to the paper.

This info is transmitted to Beograd by satellite.

NATO admits to the fact that Russia is able to gather this information and pass on to Beograd detailed advance information.

A NATO officer in Bruxelles NATO headquarters said to the paper that "We have to face the facts".

"Isvestia" wrote that the Russian Government is considering sending military advisors to Beograd, such as air defense experts and military inspectors.

In the event of NATO deploying ground forces in KOSOVO, Russia is assessing the possibility of deplying anti-terror experts and experts on spy defense from Russia's intelligence organization GRU.

Military sources in Russia say that NATO has lost in excess of 20 aircraft.

Serbian SAM sites have shot down as much as 10 fighters, 3 helicopters and an unknown numbers of drones.

Interfax reports that the Serbian forces have shot down 40 missiles launched from NATO-vessels in the Adriatic
