Skopje, 21 May (Tanjug) - The chief of the OESCE verification mission in Kosovo and Metohija, William Walker took the opportunity of staying in that Serbian province for preparing the NATO aggression on Yugoslavia, states the New Comunist Party of Macedonia in today`s announcement, citeing a well-informed circles.

The announcement states that Walker distributed the radio locators around Kosovo and Metohija, which the NATO pilots use now for hitting the targets and he should be prosecuted as the main guilty suspect for the sufferings of the Serbian people, Albanian people and others in the Southern Serbian Province.

When he had done his job, Walker escaped to Macedonia and there started his obscure activity, taking the Albanian terrorists for his assistants. They came to Macedonia with the refugees.

The announcement states that Walker, already, sets his network in Macedonia, organising the Albanian terrorist groups in Struga, Debar, Kicevo, Gostivar and Tetovo and prepares them for the actions in Kosovo and Metohija, "when time comes". Walker recruits the Albanians in the refugees camps and takes them into the special centres where they are trained and get the wearpons, states the New Communist Party of Macedonia, demanding from the Macedonian authorities to banish "this notorious organiser of killing".
